Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Bot Doctor ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit botdoctor.io or engage our services. We keep this simple because the actual practices are simple.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and the message you send. This is the only personal information collected through this website.
- Email correspondence — if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond and to manage our relationship.
We do not use tracking pixels, third-party ad networks, or behavioral analytics. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. Cloudflare's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.
How we use it
Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Schedule and conduct a discovery call if requested
- Deliver services you have engaged us for
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Client data and agent systems
When you become a Bot Doctor client, your engagement involves AI systems that may process business data — emails, CRM records, calendar information, and other operational data — as part of the services we provide. This data is handled under the terms of your service agreement, not this general privacy policy. Key principles that apply in all client engagements:
- Each client's data runs on dedicated, isolated infrastructure — not shared with other clients.
- Credentials and API keys are stored in isolated vaults, not shared configuration files.
- Data is not used to train AI models or shared with any third party unless you have explicitly authorized a specific integration.
- You retain ownership of your business data at all times.
Data retention
Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship. If you would like your information removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete it within 30 days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS via Cloudflare. Contact form data is transmitted securely. We do not store payment information — all billing is handled through third-party processors under their own security standards.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you at any time. We will respond within 30 days. To make a request, contact us at deacon@botdoctor.io.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
